Before using these tools with process-related information, I remove or generalize identifying details and confidential business information. I do not intentionally submit identifiable client information, sensitive personal information, or confidential business materials to general-purpose AI tools without appropriate authorization and safeguards.

I may share information with service providers as necessary to operate my business and deliver services.

I may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect my legal rights.

I do not sell or rent client or inquiry information to third parties.

Data Retention

I retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Information from inquiries that do not result in an engagement may be deleted when it is no longer needed.

Financial and transaction records may be retained for applicable accounting and tax requirements.

I take reasonable steps to protect the information entrusted to me, including using established service providers and appropriate account security measures.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, however, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

I will respond to reasonable requests, subject to any information I need to retain for legal, contractual, or legitimate business purposes.
